Eternal accepts digital files only, including photos in JPG and PNG formats, ideally sized at 1920×1080 pixels for optimal quality on all devices. Videos can be uploaded in resolutions up to 1080p.

Yes, your personal memorial page on Eternal can be viewed through the unique link you receive via email. You can share the link through social media or via email.
Yes, all memories are stored on Eternal’s secure servers with backups in your personal digital folder. Our support team is available year-round to promptly address any technical issues or concerns, should they arise.
Both plans offer the same features and services. The main difference is in the payment structure: with the annual plan, you make yearly payments, while the one-time payment plan gives you lifetime access with a single payment.
If your payment doesn’t go through, we will send you an email or SMS to let you know. You will have one month to update your payment details or switch to the lifetime plan. During this time, your profile will remain fully functional. If the payment is not updated after this grace period, your photos and videos will become inaccessible, but the rest of your profile, including the biography and text, will remain available.
After your plan expires, you have one month to renew or download your photos and videos. If you renew within one year, your media will still be available. After that, while we will do our best to keep it, we can’t guarantee the photos and videos will still be archived, and you may need to re-upload them.
Yes, we will notify you via email or SMS to remind you when your plan is approaching expiration. This gives you plenty of time to renew and keep your media safely stored.
If your plan isn’t renewed, your biography, text, comments, and Tehilim features will remain visible on the site. However, after one month, your photos and videos will no longer be accessible. You can restore access by renewing your plan at any time within the year.
No, your account will remain active, and you will still have access to the biography, comments, and other text-based content. The only change will be that you won’t have access to your photos and videos until the payment is updated.
