When registering for an account on the site, the user agrees to provide accurate and correct information. We use the user’s email address solely for site login purposes.

Payments and Refunds
All payments for QR codes will be processed through the payment methods offered on the site. In the case of a damaged QR code that arrived in poor condition, the user will be entitled to receive a new board at no cost, provided they prove that the damage occurred before receiving the product. No additional refunds will be provided.

Annual Payment Plan
– Users who choose the annual plan will be billed for the first year upfront.
– After the first year, the subscription will renew automatically each year, unless canceled in advance.
– If the payment method fails, we will send a reminder via email or SMS, allowing 30 days to update the payment details or switch to a lifetime plan.
– During this 30-day period, the account will continue to function as usual. However, if the payment is not updated by the end of this period, access to photos and videos will be paused. The biography and text-based content (such as comments and Tehilim) will remain available on the site.
– Photo and Video Storage: After the subscription expires, your photos and videos will be safely stored for up to one year. While they will not be viewable, they will be archived, and if the plan is renewed during this period, access will be restored. If the plan is not renewed within the year, the media may be deleted, and users may need to re-upload their files.
